Delivery, returns & privacy

Items in the catalogue leave the desk within 1–2 working days. Lagos deliveries land in 1–2 days, the rest of Nigeria in 2–5 days.

Sourced requests depend on where the piece is coming from. Local finds take 2–5 days, international finds 7–21 days. Your quotation always states the expected window before you accept.

Checkout confirms your order and locks the price. Payment is arranged directly with the plug on WhatsApp — bank transfer or cash on delivery where available.

Sourced items require payment once you accept the quotation. Nothing is bought until you say go.

Catalogue items can be returned within 3 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed and in original packaging. Message the plug to start it.

Sourced items are bought to your exact brief, so they can only be returned if they arrive damaged or clearly different from what was quoted. Send photos within 24 hours of delivery.

Every item is checked before it is dispatched. If a piece cannot be verified, we tell you before you pay and refund in full if it has already been paid for.

We store your name, contact details, delivery address, orders and sourcing requests so we can find and deliver what you asked for.

Your details are never sold. Photos you upload with a request are private and visible only to you and the plug manager.
